Every phase of the product processing takes place on the farm, where Edoardo himself coordinates the activities of the production process


From the creation of the nursery to the care of the hazelnut groves, the harvesting, shelling, sorting, roasting and all the subsequent phases up to packaging have been perfected over time to achieve what is today an exceptional quality result of the product and a production process that minimizes waste and always has an eye for the Environment.

Environmental sustainability is a never-ending project


Starting from the simplest gestures, we pay attention to reducing waste that comes from company management to a minimum.


The shells, discarded from food production, are used to power the heating system of our Laboratory.


We have introduced formats in tinplate and glass, jars and pots that can be reused, or differentiated and recycled.


The so-called "skin" discarded from roasting is reused in the production cycle in the cultivation phase.


We aim to be plastic-free for the entire range of Nocciole Moraglio products.
